 He's a man of vision, a man of dreams. I cringed by watching Channel Newsasia of the passing of Mr Lee Kuan Yew and the state funeral. I felt a little overwhelmed just by witnessing so many people queuing to pay the last respect for our former Prime Minister. And as I read all of his articles, I felt a sense of thanksgiving that I have to pour unto him, because if it weren't this great man, I would prolly live in a 3rd world country, I would prolly not be able to do what I liked to do. And because of his inspiring great effort to pull us together to build this nation, that makes us Singaporeans want to continue to fight for this country even after today. And for whatever he is done for us up till today, as Singaporeans we have to continue on building this nation, to continue on where he's stopped, to build ourselves up as independent adults, to do for the good of this country, which leads to the good of ourselves. My greatest condolences for this great man. #RIPLKY |
