There goes my two week trip to China, everything have come to a pass, except the blessings and the miraculous works of God. We're may be back home, but God's presence fills the lives of people we meet. God's work is not done yet, He's gna do greater than we all can imagine.
For the past two weeks, it felt more like a learning+ experiential trip for me. I caught God's heartbeat in the midst of the lives of these wonderful students, God loves them, like how He loves us.

We headed off to Zibo after a week at Tianjin, Ritchell & Irina joined us along the way.

     Y'know, we don't need wonderful atmosphere, wonderful melody, wonderful environment to know Jesus' love, to understand His heart, and to know Him deeper. God's presence doesn't come because of good music or good environment, He comes as long as we desire for Him to. He is so humble, He is so awesome. The only thing He needs from us is our heart to say "yes Jesus, I want you in my life". And thats it.... In this trip I was reminded again about God's true love. It comes beyond imagination, it floods our hearts beyond expectation. Our wonderful sisters, Li Na and Wu Chen came to receive Christ on the grass patch, in the icy cold weather with my most cui guitar skills they had ever listened. Yet they've been touched by God, the Spirit stirs within them, and they took that step of Faith to say Yes to Jesus. And our awesome sister Zi Hui sat on the icy cold corridor at night just for follow up, our wonderful sister Li Na sitting on the icy cold and dark staircase just to listen to our testimonies of how Jesus has touched our lives. And I felt so humbled by how God humbles Himself down just for us. We may not have the best to offer, but God doesn't care. All He cares is for us to return to His embrace, for us to love Him, for us to know Him. I brought back with a heart of humility after this trip. We need to stop thinking we're nothing for Christ, we can't do anything, our abilities are too limited. Because God uses the broken vessels, He goes to the vulnerable, He uses these broken vessels to touch lives. I once thought I've contributed only 0.001% in this trip, but God told me "Tho you think you're only 0.001%, I still need this 0.001% to get a full 100%." Because it rly isn't about our abilities, it's about God's work, God's grace. See how awesome our Daddy God is. :') |
