Faith as small as the mustard seed can move mountains. I'm really excited for this year, the year of The Lord's : upon Singapore, and upon the church. I'm eagerly anticipating a breakthrough in the lives of others, as well as a breakthrough in the way I perceive this Faith to be. :D
As I finally saw the direction God is leading me to, I began seeing the reasons why I was directionless in 2014, and how my impatience in waiting for Daddy caused me to fail in my trust issue towards Him. As God prepares my heart for a bigger challenge and a greater abundance in my next phase of life, my faith is refined and sharpened by these setbacks I experience back then. And now as God slowly opened my doors again for the conviction He used to speak into my life, I pray that my confidence in these convictions will never waiver. If God can use broken vessels for His kingdom, then I wanna be one of these broken vessels as a part of His perfect plan.
Attending Hopesem was the first step to my revelation on how God was faithful from the start of this entire creation thing. I saw a very gracious and merciful God whose character never changes since the day of the first creation, a God who loves us even when we turn away, who cared for us even when we didn't appreciate. Again I was reminded that we always fail, but God never fails. Our character changes for the good/bad, but God's merciful and gracious character never changes. YAY :D

Last Friday I forgot to bring my wallet when I was rushing out of the house, and I was on a full day appointment with work & with friends at night. I was penniless, I thought I would either starve or stuff myself with the chips in the pantry...
but I didn't go hungry at all for the whole day.
My colleague treated 3 of us to lunch, and while meeting Ivan @ Clarke Quay, I was treated to a drink and fries in this atas bar by the river. (Ivan's feeling rich that night). I saw the Lord's favour upon me, His provision never stops even in these tiny situations of my life, God provided. He never allow me to go hungry, neither will He starve us spiritually.
I had to make decisions which I had a lot of concerns to, yet at this very day when God speak assurance to me of His providence to what I was lacking of, my heart was still doubtful, but now at ease. We all have issues in our heart that we yearn to surrender it all to God and trust in His full control. But God has always been here, ready to be a listening ear, ready to be a receiver of repentence, and ready to be a giver of Love, Faith and Hope. We didn't have to yearn for God's favour upon us, because God already showered us with His favour. All you ever needed is that tiny mustard seed of Faith to trust.
