POP LO!!!!!

Hari Raya Holiday: 

Off to JB with the family + si gu's family. I thank God for this 2 days of family bonding over food and shopping and getting lost along the way. LOL. I always thought the best shopping mall in JB was City Square, but it was totally eye opening when I realised that there were so many huge shopping malls all around JB :O :O :O 

Being a hospitality student, I can't help but be overly sensitive over the services given by the hotel. We stayed at Double Tree by Hilton, and nonetheless there ain't any surprise how good their service is, and also their creativity in making a cookie card! HAHA. Free cookie for each check-in guests was a norm for every hilton hotel all across the world - that was their branding of the hotel. 

In need of a baking therapy after 3 exhausting days of work. Working in the office was a 360 change from physical to mental exhaustion, as compared to service jobs that is 80% physical fatigue. But I'm glad I'm enjoying my work everyday, learning new things, being challenged to work in a faster pace and also making new friends along the way. Even though I'm working in the insurance company, but more or less I still get to apply hospitality application into the working place, refreshing my memory of what I learnt back in school. But I was still a little annoyed that I always worked beyond my agreed time and was always late for my dinner appointments. Lol. Got to be used to that and set dinner appointments at 8.30pm. :( 

POP LO!!!!!!! Waking up early in the morning to attend this parade was a worthwhile, seeing all our boys graduate from their first pace of NS. I feel like a proud sister when I met them after the parade :') 

BUGIS GANG UNITE! 

It's been long since I've catched up with Minz but I'm glad she's surviving well in uni even though it was a struggle to juggle between schoolwork and commitments.
