I get $10 allowance everyday.
Every 2 days I got to top up my own ez-link card. Which means $10 gone.
Means every 2 days I've got only $10 for breakfast | lunch | dinner.
Which is totally not enough.

.
.
But thank God for providing, I managed to still save quite a fair bit from the past few weeks. :D
Foodie foodie.
I've been pretty much caught up into cooking my own meals at home and having my own meals before getting out of the house. Especially breakfast since it is something I should be having when i wake up, what for waste my monehhhhhh eating outside when I am able to have my meals before going out. Saved me quite a lot of $$$.
Which is a totally good deal especially when we should have our breakfast to start the metabolism right.
Healthy and hearty breakfast I meant. Heehee.
I got up to the web recently and read upon an article about "skinny fat" which means that the fats a skinny person consume are basically stored in hidden places like the liver which may eventually end up as fatty liver which is totally unhealthy.
Every alternate days I get remarks like "you so skinny you eat more also wont get fat"
And that is totally bad because we don't see it, we assume its not there.
Anywayz when I was in china
I can have doughnut fritters wrapped crepe & tea leaf eggs & soy milk in the morning, fried gioza & duck rice for lunch and BBQ for dinner. (on my off days)
And the amount of oil I sometimes drain out from my dish in the staff canteen is this much:

Getting a little more health conscious doesn't mean being weight conscious but to be a little more conscious of what we should eat in moderation.
AND EXERCISE.
I hate exercising. Imma lazy pig.
So I usually just walk more and..... laugh more? LOL.
Ok I need to start exercising.

to my v important mama who makes me laugh and tear in all my life, and get getting twice from me. Hehe. Who never fail to advice me in taking care of my skin by promoting lots of moisturiser and sun block to me, taking us out for Sunday Brunch & foremost supporting me in my decision of following Christ.
