Melaka family trip last Thursday was perhaps the most thrilling travel I ever experienced. But thank God we returned home safe and sound with no quarrels ^_^ As usual, within a day, we ate A LOT. Breakfast at the hotel, bird nest dessert, chendol, rojak, assam laksa, A&W, KFC, Nyonya Food for dinner and oyster omelette. Yes the amount of food I had within a day resulted in me gaining 1 KG after the trip. But since it is once in a while, I'll just enjoy the food hehehe.

Stayed in Euro Rich hotel, a budget hotel. Review was bad so I expected it to be really bad but surprisingly it wasn't that bad! Family Premier Extra for 6 of us, room was really spacious and unlike most of the budget hotel who provide soap dispenser that is shared among many guests, we had personal soap, comb, shower cap and even toothbrush. Haha. Overall, felt that it was quite a worthwhile for a really cheap price. OH review said the breakfast sucks but IT ISN'T THE CASE. I had like 3 servings of it. ._.
  
Mom and Dad really loved Jonker Walk because they could feel the nostalgia of their childhood days. Whereas for me, I like their slow paced, relax and carefree lifestyle. :)
 Really glad that our first full attendance family trip was a success! Traumatized by the car accident even before we reached M'sia because of a sudden slow down of the front car which resulted in a "chain of car crash". Quite stupid cuz I shouldn't be the one who is traumatized but I was so badly traumatized after witnessing a gruesome scene of the motor cyclist who banged onto us got a punctured face and a hanging nose which left me crying and shivering for almost an hour. -.- Thank God none of us were hurt or injured. The whole fam took this accident positively and we continued the trip even though this accident cost us $10k and our trip were delayed by nearly 5 hours. Haha forked out $2k from my pocket to help them and now I'm penniless, unable to buy my acrylic display cabinets and worried for my Vietnam trip, while waiting patiently for them to return me. Is okay, mass saving time starts now! My new year resolution: to save $1k within 3 months (which is impossible unless I worked so that means I have to work) I need to really cherish the moments spent with my family, and Thank them for their never ending love and support.
