Marketing Lecture was lectured by Claude instead of Miss Koh today. HAHAHA and Miss Claude kept talking about Cougars and Gays and I burst out laughing when she mention "You don't know that I am a cougar". Too much application today, feeling a lil lost in the beginning but had a clearer understand of distribution at the end of the day. 

Lunch at The Top Table with Isabel, Chong Huang and Brian. 

Appetizer: Capaccio of Cured Salmon, Served with Cream Cheese, topped with Pistachio Crust, Cranberry Jelly and Marinated Pear. 

Main: Pan-seared fillet of Snapper, Topped with Sundried Tomato Crumbs, Served with Angel Hair Pasta, Sauteed Cherry Tomatoes and Haricot Verts 

Dessert: Nougatine Parfait with Marcerated Mixed Berries 

Felt totally different when we were there as a guest, compared to being a waitress on Monday. Finally get to try all these good food prepared from the culinary science students, and I will definitely bring my parents there someday. Gonna go there again for BESE Dining Task tomorrow, can't wait to order their Roasted Chicken. Hehe.
